Sponsors, but it's cap-subject — you still face the weighted lottery (~61% per draw at Level IV). Good if you win; have a cap-exempt backup on your list.

Employer immigration record

from this employer's Department of Labor filings

Files H-1B transfers

3 transfer filings in the last year, covering 3 workers. Median labor-condition decision: 7 days. An employer that already files transfers is one that can take over an existing H-1B.

Sourced from Department of Labor LCA, PERM and prevailing-wage disclosure data. Employer matching is by name, so figures may be split across an employer's legal entities. Absence of a filing means none appears in our copy of the data, not that none exists.

  • Lead monthly doctor meetings and M&M rounds with guidance from the MD
  • Teaching hospitals only: If needed, own the New ER Doctor (NERD) training program and perform all NERD MD job duties.
  • Willingness to lead and support fellow doctors, as well as perform administrative tasks during off hours (i.e. doctor callouts, addressing customer complaints, scheduling)

Requirements

  • A DVM, VMD, or equivalent degree
  • Must be willing to work in a noisy environment with strong or unpleasant odors

Nice to have

  • One year leadership experience is preferred, but not required

Compensation

  • Create and review medical records to ensure accuracy
  • Coach fellow doctors on medical excellence, doctoring the VEG Way, and providing VEG's customer-focused experience
  • Assist Medical Director (MD) when coverage is needed due to callouts or schedule changes
  • Work as interim MD when the current MD is on leave or opening a new VEG hospital
  • Create doctor schedules, including managing leave requests and posting schedules at least two months in advance
  • Address customer complaints related to medical concerns.
  • Flexible to work a combination of clinical and administrative shifts
