About the role

The Warehouse Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently handling liquid and dry chemical products, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance throughout all warehouse and transfer operations.
This hands-on role involves loading and unloading trucks, tankers, and railcars; operating forklifts and other industrial equipment; repackaging and labeling materials; and maintaining precise inventory records.
No two days are the same; you will work with a variety of products, equipment, and processes in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail truly matters.

Maintain accurate receiving/shipping logs. Record amounts of product received or distributed via appropriate computer program
Operation of powered and manual industrial lift trucks (with certification) to transport product in the warehouse, and maintain daily forklift checklist

Must be available to work any days of the week, any assigned 8-12 hour shift
Ability to work cooperatively with other departments and personnel
Must be capable of attaining a TWIC (Transportation Workers Identification Credential) card for participating MTSA facilities within Brenntag.

Fill cylinders, drums, totes, pails or tankers with product and route to prescribed storage locations making sure of proper labelling, storing, stacking, or palletizing according to company and regulatory requirements
Able to pass company physical and all training requirements, including wearing Personal Protective Equipment, which may include a respirator.
