Responsibilities
- Acting as a strong, bidirectional link between Axcelis headquarters and the Europe sales organization, this role requires a strategic, proactive mindset to generate innovative solutions and deliver results with high accountability.
- Drive Europe customer strategy across key accounts
- Develop high-impact collateral tailored to local customer requirements
- Deliver actionable intelligence on Europe semiconductor trends, including power devices, automotive, analog, logic, memory, advanced packaging, and regional capacity expansion
- Support industry reporting and strategic planning inputs
- Support customer visits, demos, quotes, and upgrade initiatives
- Provide product training and application positioning to drive revenue growth

Compensation
