About the role
- Ensure proper operation of machinery through regular inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Diagnose and repair electronic systems and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain melting machines and related industrial equipment.
- Support automation and control systems to maintain efficient production processes.
- Order and maintain parts inventory.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and control components in HVAC systems, including contactors, automation controllers, relays, circuit boards, limit switches, and damper drive motors.
- Repair, maintain, and install duct systems, including adjusting dampers, installing flex ducts, supply air diffusers, and return air grills.
- Repair and maintain heat and steam boilers.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of electronic systems, PLCs, and schematics required.
- Experience with related testing equipment required.
- This position requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while ensuring safety and operational efficiency.
