About the role
- Administering and reviewing annual and ad hoc Conflict of Interest disclosures, including conducting analysis, making recommendations, and escalating complex matters to Compliance leadership and Legal
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Corporate Compliance and Business Conduct program, in accordance with the Federal Sentencing Guidelines.
- Develop and manage customized compliance training materials.
- Maintain corporate compliance records.
- Develop and maintain Program information on Intranet and Internet sites for correctness and completeness.
- Support and manage activities associated with the Compliance Hotline.
- Work with cross-functional areas to develop a systematic process for case management of all investigations.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience.
- Knowledge of creating, designing and posting web pages desired.
Nice to have
- Draft enterprise-wide compliance communications including policy overviews and compliance case studies demonstrating organizational justice.
- Monitor completion percentages for required corporate training.
- Assign new cases to appropriate investigator and track, monitor and report on investigations.
- Exercise judgment in identifying cases for timely escalation to senior management.
- Monitor performance of outsourced service provider.
- Prepare information for regular reports to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.
- Assist with system implementation and on-going administration.
- Monitor follow up of investigators for timely response and exercise judgment in obtaining case closure.
Compensation
- $64,100.00 to $90,967.00 per year
- Create and manage annual compliance communications plan. Draft enterprise-wide compliance communications including policy overviews and compliance case studies demonstrating organizational justice.
