About the role

  • Reporting to the Director of Marketing Measurement Strategy, this role sits at the critical intersection of Data Science and Performance Creative, partnering closely with stakeholders across the global Marketing organization.
  • Rather than analyzing performance as a static output, this individual will interrogate granular creative metadata (dissecting formats, messaging angles, visual hooks, and narrative structures) to deduce deep historical learnings.
  • Serving as the team's institutional memory for creative performance, you will translate data into context-rich, highly executional insights that actively guide future testing and fuel a continuous creative evolution.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a consistent cadence for performance communication, democratising access to key insights across the organisation to drive cross-functional alignment and enable rapid, actionable decision-making
  • Develop and/or model an approach to test different combo of message + creative + funnel to identify what converts/engages the most throughout the funnel stages

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics) or equivalent practical experience

Nice to have

  • Yearly agenda should uncover new business and brand opportunities, as well as opportunity analysis on complex topics like creative fatigue and creative composition to suggest net new, structured tests.
  • Align creative testing with the media testing agenda
  • Scope and execute customised creative incrementality tests in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Explore, vet, and integrate emerging AI tools and platform-native capabilities to automate creative asset evaluation and predictive performance modeling
  • Connect creative performance signals across paid channels, lifecycle email, and landing pages to identify which messaging angles resonate across the full funnel-not just the individual ad unit.
  • 4-5+ years of experience in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Creative Analytics, or Marketing Science, with a heavy emphasis on media measurement and creative performance evaluation
  • Demonstrated experience blending rigorous statistical expertise with strong creative intuition, including an understanding of hooks, pacing, asset saturation, and audience resonance
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience using statistical programming languages like Python or R for large-scale data analysis and modeling

Compensation

  • $124,250 - $174,050 USD
