- SOFTWARE ENGINEER (FULL STACK ENTERPRISE)

Responsibilities
- Implement a state-of-the-art enterprise software platform to seamlessly integrate Freeform's business processes from sales to manufacturing
- Create highly scalable and resilient systems to meet Freeform's high bar for quality, reliability, and security
- Maintain accessibility and integrity of the backend data model to enable easy access for business intelligence users
- Develop intuitive user interfaces with a focus on functionality over aesthetics to increase system usability
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional, post graduation experience in full stack software development in Python, Go, or similar
- Experience with backend web frameworks such as Flask or Django
- Experience with frontend web frameworks such as React or Next.js
- Experience writing applications which interact with SQL databases and non-relational databases
- 3D printing experience is not required to be successful here - rather we look for smart, motivated, collaborative engineers who love solving hard problems and creating amazing technology!
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP, MRP, MES, e-commerce, supply chain, or similar enterprise software systems
- Bachelor's in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, mathematics, or similar technical discipline
- Familiarity with coding agents (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development workflows.
- Willing to take ownership of tasks big and small, with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset
- Strong work ethic with a refuse-to-fail mindset
