Accurately process inbound and outbound truck transactions using scale and dispatch systems.
Provide professional customer service to drivers, customers, and vendors.
Monitor scale activities and help ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling transactions and documentation.
Ability to effectively communicate with customers, drivers, and team members.
