Responsibilities
- Material release cycle time support.
- Known for its innovation capabilities, quality, and manufacturing excellence, Bentley maintains the highest standards in GMP compliance, safety, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, hairnets, beard covers, and protective footwear.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs throughout the workday.
- Ability to access warehouse racks, manufacturing vessels, and storage areas.
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification).
Nice to have
- Collect representative samples of incoming raw materials and packaging components according to approved sampling procedures.
- Verify material identity, lot numbers, status labels, and associated documentation prior to sampling.
- Utilize proper aseptic and contamination-control techniques during sample collection.
- Operate a forklift to put approved material into inventory
- Verify material status labels and report discrepancies to Quality Assurance.
- Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities as required.
- Complete sampling logs, batch documentation, material inspection records, and laboratory submission forms accurately and legibly.
- Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with approved SOPs, specifications, and cGMP requirements.
