About the role

We know that great care starts with supported, empowered therapists.
In fact, most of our new hires are ready to sit for their certification within just 35 days of their start date.

Implement individualized therapy programs designed by our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), collect data, and participate in team discussions around progress and strategy.
Bring energy, creativity, and passion - Using play, movement, and laughter to engage children while promoting skill-building and growth.
Partner with clients and their families in celebrating wins, problem-solving challenges, and promoting each child's growth.

Must be at least 18 years old and hold a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
High School or Associate's Degree: $17.05 - $23.00 per hour, with $1.00 per hour increases every six months (based on your starting level at hire).
Master's Degree: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour.

Competitive Pay Based on Your Experience & Education:
Eligibility to participate in the Shared Success Bonus Plan, with quarterly bonuses being paid after you obtain your RBT certification.
