About the role

  • The Territory Manager position is a product sales and service role for poultry producers within the designated territory.
  • This position will also be responsible for custom vaccine production and sales coordination in the us.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage territory expenses according to budget
  • Maintain a high level of forecast accuracy
  • Build long-term strategic relationships that are mutually beneficial for
  • Build and maintain trust and rapport
  • Communicate, collaborate and coordinate internal partners to achieve customer, business, and financial objectives:

Requirements

  • Work Experience: Strong poultry production experience of 3-5 years with knowledge and expertise of the overall poultry industry required.
  • Must be willing and able to spend 8+ hours per day in vehicle.
  • Must have a clean driving record.
  • Travel Required:
  • Minimum of 60% overnight travel required
  • Occasionally deliver vaccines when required
  • Complete other reporting tasks by required deadlines (Wheels, Accounting, Mgmt Updates)

Nice to have

  • Strong poultry production experience of 3-5 years with knowledge and expertise of the overall poultry industry required.
  • Proven track record in outside sales preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in Custom vaccine sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in Animal Science or related field is preferred or equivalent relevant experience
