Responsibilities

- The Lead Strategic Communications Specialist is the "Voice of OCI." This role manages the complex task of communicating technical and clinical transformations to a disenfranchised or overwhelmed workforce, ensuring that the value of the Federal EHR is clearly understood.
- Develop and maintain an executive-level communications plan.
- Oversee the design and delivery of digital, print, and multimedia products.
- Develop strategies for stakeholder engagement, including town halls, podcasts, and office hours.
- Manage a centralized knowledge repository to support stakeholder communication and clinical requirement definition.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
Skills
- Expert in MS Office 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, and SharePoint.
Compensation
- Salary depends on experience and expertise.
