About the role

Stark Carpet is seeking an experienced Fabrication Supervisor to lead our fabrication team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for overseeing daily production operations while ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can motivate employees, solve problems

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team while fostering accountability, teamwork, and ownership.
Partner with Quality, Inventory, Maintenance, Shipping, and other departments to ensure efficient operations.
Conduct performance coaching, provide ongoing feedback, and support employee evaluations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and around industrial equipment.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production, quality, and equipment issues to minimize downtime.
Train employees on equipment, processes, safety procedures, and best practices.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce waste, and increase operational efficiency.
Promote a positive team culture built on communication, accountability, and continuous improvement.
