About the role
- We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to serve as the face of our Virtual Patient Care platform.
- You will be in charge of ensuring that our patients have the best experience possible as they enter our virtual platform.
- This will entail answering patient questions and concerns, as well as serving as a liaison between our patients and LifeMD Southern Patient Care.
