About the role

  • Grade 1 (Hourly) Position Description: The University of Louisville School of Dentistry prepares students for a career in Dentistry.
  • While their first two years are spent in a traditional classroom setting, student providers spend their last two years in a dental clinic setting learning hands on.

Responsibilities

  • Works with faculty, peers and supervisors to deliver customer service oriented and patient centered care within the DMD clinics.
  • Creates, reviews and manages payment plans with patients.
  • Assist the Team Coordinators to maintain current appointments for all patients assigned to their 20-student team.
  • Maintains HIPAA, OSHA and Infection Control compliance at all times.
