Collaborate with grade-level and classroom teams to plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities
Partner with co-teachers to carry out daily classroom routines and support students' social-emotional and academic development
Support classroom needs outside of teaching time, including lunch and recess supervision

Knowledge of child development of principles in social, emotional and cognitive areas
Demonstrated experience in early childhood classrooms and familiarity with current best practices
Ability to build meaningful connections with children and create an environment of mutual respect
Strong problem-solving and team collaboration skills
Creative, flexible and open-minded approach to teaching and learning
