About the role
- Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (DTAC) is opening a new female residential behavioral health facility in Cranberry Township, PA and is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Professional to join our clinical team.
- This role offers the opportunity to provide trauma-informed, evidence-based care to adolescents in a structured environment focused on healing, growth, and long-term success.
- Opportunity to be part of a newly developed residential program
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including assessments and progress notes
- Support the safety and structure of the residential environment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
Requirements
- Ability to work in a residential treatment environment
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Cranberry Township, PA
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
Nice to have
- Experience in residential or intensive treatment settings
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices
- Experience facilitating group therapy and psychoeducational interventions
Compensation
- $64k-$79k
