Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a global HR role.
Proven experience in a strategic HR business partnering role within an international organization.
Strong knowledge of global HR practices, labor relations, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
