About the role
- Final role focus will be determined based on candidate experience, business need, and team structure.
Responsibilities
- Lead execution of pharmacy programs from implementation through steady-state operations, ensuring alignment to defined objectives, timelines, and success metrics Support pharmacy network onboarding and engagement activities, including coordination across contracting, training, data collection, credentialing, and go-live readiness to create a consistent pharmacy experience.
- Partner with Pharmacy Success and other internal stakeholders to ensure pharmacy-facing communications, readiness activities, and operational handoffs are clear, consistent, and scalable.

- This role plays a critical part in translating strategy into scalable, operational programs that drive client success and organizational growth.
