About the role

Zarminali Pediatrics is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Psychiatrist to join our inaugural team in our greater Denver, Colorado clinics.
The Pediatric Psychiatrist will play a critical role in diagnostic evaluation, medication management, and advancing comprehensive, team-based behavioral health services.

Psychiatric Evaluation & Treatment: Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans, including psychopharmacologic and non-pharmacologic interventions.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory, legal, and organizational standards.
Communicator: Builds trust with children and families, communicates clearly and compassionately, and collaborates effectively across disciplines.
Collaborative: Partners closely with pediatricians, therapists, and care team members to support whole-child treatment planning.
Tech-Forward: Utilizes technology to support documentation, telepsychiatry, and efficient clinical workflows.

A thoughtfully designed, child- and family-centered clinical environment

Experience evaluating and treating pediatric psychiatric conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, behavioral disorders, trauma, and adjustment concerns

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry
Child & Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship preferred (or strong pediatric-focused experience)

Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity.
This role may also be eligible for additional productivity or performance-based bonus incentives.
Whole-Child Mental Health: Support emotional, behavioral, and developmental wellbeing through early identification, evidence-based psychiatric care, and prevention-focused interventions.
Family Engagement & Education: Partner with caregivers to provide education, guidance, and shared decision-making around diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management.
Collaboration: Work closely with pediatricians, behavioral health clinicians, and multispecialty partners to deliver coordinated, integrated, and holistic care.
Growth-Oriented: Engages in ongoing learning, innovation, and evidence-based psychiatric practice.
