About the role

  • Zarminali Pediatrics is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Psychiatrist to join our inaugural team in our greater Denver, Colorado clinics.
  • The Pediatric Psychiatrist will play a critical role in diagnostic evaluation, medication management, and advancing comprehensive, team-based behavioral health services.

Responsibilities

  • Psychiatric Evaluation & Treatment: Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans, including psychopharmacologic and non-pharmacologic interventions.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory, legal, and organizational standards.
  • Communicator: Builds trust with children and families, communicates clearly and compassionately, and collaborates effectively across disciplines.
  • Collaborative: Partners closely with pediatricians, therapists, and care team members to support whole-child treatment planning.
  • Tech-Forward: Utilizes technology to support documentation, telepsychiatry, and efficient clinical workflows.

Requirements

  • Experience evaluating and treating pediatric psychiatric conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, behavioral disorders, trauma, and adjustment concerns

Nice to have

  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry
  • Child & Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship preferred (or strong pediatric-focused experience)
