About the role
- At Dempsey Uniform & Linen Supply, routes are serviced during daytime hours, Monday through Friday, because we believe evenings and weekends should be dedicated to personal time, family, and work-life balance.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the face of Dempsey Uniform & Linen Supply by building strong relationships with key customer decision-makers, maintaining high service standards, and proactively resolving customer concerns with professionalism and care.
- Maintain accurate invoices and inventory records, conduct regular inventory audits, identify additional service opportunities, and assist with renewing customer service agreements to support long-term account growth.
- Perform all responsibilities safely, professionally, and in full compliance with company policies, driving laws, and vehicle safety regulations.
- The Route Service Representative is responsible for daily deliveries and pickups along an assigned customer route, ensuring dependable service and strong customer support.
Requirements
- You must be at least 22 years of age or older for vehicle insurance purposes
- Ability to meet our appearance and dress code policy
- A valid driver's license that is in good standing with a clean record.
- Must meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements
- Physically capable of lifting up to 75 pounds and carrying products into and out of customers' location
- Customer service experience, problem solving abilities, and the ability to build rapport and trust with our clients
- A high standard of integrity and work ethic - you always do the right thing
- A friendly and professional can-do attitude
