- In this role, you'll oversee the full scope of operational and install processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, profitability, and stellar customer experience as we launch our newest location.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the branch operational plan that meets the company's goals and objectives.
- Deliver on branch margin and profitability targets
- recommend, implement, and monitor actions to increase revenue generation and profitability
- Recruit, onboard, and manage employees
- Maintain positive customer relationships
- identify, monitor, and manage customer service standards
- Collaborate with the regional team to identify, develop, and implement best practices and SOPs
- 4+ years of progressive leadership or management experience, with proven ability to lead teams and drive results
- Deliver on branch margin and profitability targets; recommend, implement, and monitor actions to increase revenue generation and profitability
- Recruit, onboard, and manage employees; maintainappropriate staff levels based on pipeline indicators
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in operations, production, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, or a related industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.)
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.

Compensation
- For this position, the expected base salary range is $90,000-$105,000 annually.
