About the role

Responsibilities

  • Partner with brokers to structure files, providing expert guidance on policy interpretation to help them position alternative deals for successful funding.
  • RRSP Matching Program to help you build long-term wealth.

Nice to have

  • Three (3) years of experience in residential mortgage underwriting (ideally in the alternative lending space).
  • Experience in business development on the lender or broker side will be considered a strong asset.
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and the competitive landscape in Alberta, including a practical understanding of peer-lender offerings.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle.
  • Possession of a Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Agent license will be considered an asset.
  • Fluency in multiple languages will be considered an asset.
