Responsibilities
- Mail Sorting and Document Preparation
- Open, sort, organize, and prepare incoming mail and documents for processing
- Prepare documents for scanning, imaging, and document management processes
- Support outgoing mail preparation, including packaging, labeling, and postage
- Research mail and document details as needed to ensure proper handling
- Ensure documents are prepared and processed according to workflow and quality standards
- Maintain proper handling of sensitive or time-sensitive documents
- Operational Support
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with internal teams to support timely and accurate mail and document flow
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Nice to have
- Experience with mail sorting, document prep, scanning, imaging, or shipping/receiving is preferred
