- Review, analyze and recommend solutions to any variances from the specifications.
- Bachelors in engineering, construction management, accounting, finance, or related field required.
- 10+ years of related experience is required.
- Hands-on construction cost accounting experience is required.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills required.
- Demonstrated capability with applicable software programs required.
- Applicable professional certifications are preferred.
