About the Team eBay, a global leader in eCommerce marketplaces headquartered in San Jose, California, is seeking a Business Acceleration Lead, to join our dynamic eBay Motors team.
As the automotive landscape evolves, eBay continues to focus on building category depth, creating seamless customer experiences, and leveraging partnerships and innovation to meet the needs of our diverse customer base.

What You Will Bring 7+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, category management, consulting, corporate strategy, commercial operations, or a related field.
Experience with data analytics tools and performance tracking to inform commercial decisions and portfolio optimization.
Genuine interest in eBay and the automotive space-while prior automotive experience is not required, a curiosity and willingness to learn about the industry is essential.
Success in this role requires strong strategic thinking, exceptional business acumen, operational rigor, and the ability to influence senior leaders across the organization.

$126,800 - $204,000 Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience.
