About the role

  • This is a highly impactful, high-ownership role with real influence over our product roadmap, workflows, and long-term product strategy.
  • Translate Juicebox's vision into real product features
  • Act as the primary point of contact for product feedback and requests, both internally and externally

Responsibilities

  • You'll be the face of the product externally, the voice of the customer internally, and a key partner to our engineering and design teams as we prioritize, ship, and iterate.
  • Partner closely with engineering and design to lead projects end-to-end

Requirements

  • Proven ability to translate customer needs into clear product requirements

Nice to have

  • 2+ years of Product Management experience (4-5+ years preferred)

  • Spend significant time talking directly with customers to understand pain points, workflows, and unmet needs
  • Establish lightweight but effective product workflows and processes as the company scales
  • We're looking for a Product Manager to build and own the product function at Juicebox from the ground up.
  • This role will be the connective tissue between customers, engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams.
