About the role

  • This role is responsible for conducting product testing, documenting results, maintaining testing equipment, and collaborating with engineering and production teams to ensure products meet customer, regulatory, and company quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Testing Procedures Perform comprehensive testing of cabin management products to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and industry standards.
  • Quality Assurance Record and document testing results accurately and completely.
  • Implement quality control measures to identify and resolve potential product issues.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to establish and improve testing protocols.
  • Support corrective action efforts to resolve non-conformances.
  • Instrumentation and Equipment Maintenance Maintain, calibrate, and verify testing equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.
  • Documentation Maintain detailed records of testing procedures, results, and corrective actions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.

Requirements

  • Experience soldering electronic components in a manufacturing, assembly, or electronics environment.
  • Knowledge of through hole and surface mount soldering techniques.
  • Proficiency with testing equipment, soldering equipment, and related tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, diagrams, and assembly instructions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Generate reports summarizing testing outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
