About the role
- Youth Housing Coordinators provide Permanent Supportive Housing using scattered site locations within Hennepin County to Eligible Persons ages 16-24, who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness.
Requirements
- Must use good judgment in recognizing the scope of authority. · Ability to travel to sites within 15-mile radius of the office.
- Valid MN Drivers' License, access to reliable transportation and the ability to meet Sabathani's driving record requirements.
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: · Willingness to learn a variety of tasks
