About the role
- As a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Associate, you will report to the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager and play a key role in managing and executing high-volume communications requests and new strategies from briefing through to delivery.
- You will be an executional expert across our core CRM channels - email, push notifications, in-app messages, WhatsApp, and SMS - with a focus on delivering localized, personalized communications at scale.
- We embrace a collaborative, hybrid model, with 3 days a week spent connecting and creating in our downtown Seattle office.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end management of stakeholder communication tickets, from intake and prioritization through to execution and delivery, keeping stakeholders informed and updated throughout the process
- Build, QA and deploy multi-channel campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messages, WhatsApp, and SMS, primarily using Braze
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across the business to understand their needs and translate them into effective, on-brand communications
- This creates a consistent, meaningful overlap that supports team norms and business needs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing
- Strong working knowledge of CRM channels including email, push notifications, in-app messages, WhatsApp, and SMS
- Experience with personalization and localization logic across multiple markets
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with CRM/customer engagement platforms
- Braze experience strongly preferred.
Skills
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, sharing insights and learnings with the broader team
- Identify opportunities to improve the ticket management and execution process to increase efficiency and quality at scale
Compensation
- The starting base salary range for this position is typically $96,000-$108,000.
