About the role
- This role is responsible for managing the media production team, production operations, studio resources, budgets, vendor relationships, and content delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Media Production team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and succession planning initiatives.
- Build and manage freelance, contractor, agency, and production partner relationships.
- Partner with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters, and Marketing teams to translate business objectives into compelling visual content.
- Manage production planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and capacity across all projects.
- Collaborate with Project Management to prioritize work, manage timelines, and mitigate production risks.
- Develop and optimize production workflows, processes, documentation, and best practices.
- Manage production budgets, vendor contracts, licensing agreements, and purchase requests.
- Maintain production standards for file management, archiving, and content security.
- Serve as the primary production partner for internal stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Retail, and Corporate Communications.

- As a member of the Creative Services leadership team, the Manager of Media Production partners closely with Creative Design, Copy & Editorial, Marketing, Product, and regional stakeholders to develop compelling visual storytelling that drives business results.

- Oversee all aspects of production including pre-production, production, post-production, and asset delivery.
