- The Finance Manager, FP&A Supply Chain Finance is the central supply chain finance person within North America that provides broad business and financial counsel to the Head of SC Finance, Head of FP&A, Manufacturing VPs, and ZTE.
Responsibilities
- The manager will work under the direction of the Finance Lead - FP&A Supply Chain Finance.
- This role will lead teams in rituals and routines, process improvements, and cost savings initiatives in addition to assisting in the budget, forecast, and results reporting process.
- Establish & lead efficient roles and routines for financial processes (monthly results reporting and forecast roll-ups).
Compensation
- $104,200.00 - $130,200.00 Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
- The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
