About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide functional oversight for student success-related initiatives, programs, and partnerships, including transitional courses and academic support services.
- Lead campus-wide retention and early intervention initiatives, including early alert, at-risk coaching, conditional admit support, and FirstGen Forward.
- Use student success and retention data to assess, implement, and refine initiatives that support persistence and graduation across the student lifecycle.
- Collaborate with academic departments, enrollment management, and student support units to align retention strategies and improve student outcomes.
- Guide the design, assessment, and continuous improvement of student-centered, high-impact advising strategies that support student success, retention, and graduation.

Compensation
- $72,980.00 - $130,670.00
