About the role
- This is a full-time position that is fully remote.
- This position may require access to technology, technical data, or information that is subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations.

Responsibilities
- Throughout the day, they coordinate closely with hiring managers, candidates, and internal teams to schedule interviews, manage recruiting communications, maintain recruiting systems, and help ensure a smooth and professional hiring experience for all parties involved.
- Manage and maintain recruiting systems, candidate records, and hiring workflows to keep the recruiting process organized and up to date.
Nice to have
- Experience coordinating recruiting, talent acquisition, or hiring processes in a fast-paced technology, MSP, or professional services environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruiting platforms, candidate pipelines, and hiring workflow tools.
- Familiarity with IT, cybersecurity, or compliance-driven organizations is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, HR coordination, or a similar coordination-focused role.
- Experience maintaining candidate records, recruiting systems, interview schedules, and hiring workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams.
- Strong organizational accuracy across scheduling, documentation, candidate records, and recruiting coordination activities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Teams, and other collaboration platforms.
