Professional degree in Architecture or Construction Management desirable but not required.
6-8+ years of experience in construction services, administrative support, contract administration, or construction project management.
Ability to work in a team setting with interdisciplinary collaboration.

Certification Construction Contract Administrator (CCCA) through Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) is a plus but not required.
Architectural License is a plus but not required.

A level of knowledge and desire to lifelong learning.
