This role involves preparing and cooking a variety of hot and cold food items while maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, and safety.

Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, including grills, deep fryers, ovens, electric slicers, and standard kitchen utensils such as knives, tongs, and spatulas, following all safety protocols.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work environment, including food preparation areas, storage spaces, and kitchen equipment.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in culinary skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in preparing a wide range of dishes, including using kitchen tools and appliances like grills, fryers, slicers, and ovens.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work efficiently, especially during busy periods, while ensuring all food is prepared on time and to the required standards.
Must have open availability.

Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Flexibility is required based on business needs, including potential overtime, holiday and weekend shifts.
