Contributes to investigations into production and customer-facing quality issues of medium complexity to identify root cause, implement corrective and preventative actions, and monitor effectiveness.
May execute tasks to support higher complexity investigations.
Develops cross-functional relationships to successfully influence behavior within a team or project.
Performs hands-on troubleshooting of customer returned devices and manufacturing nonconformities and completes associated technical documentation.
Supports internal/external audits.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +8 yrs
The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
Experience with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Teams, and SharePoint.
