- In this hands-on role, you'll operate landscaping and grounds maintenance equipment to keep facility grounds, greens, and surrounding areas in exceptional condition.
Requirements
- Experience with landscaping, irrigation, planting, and general grounds maintenance practices.
- Proficiency using landscaping equipment and tools, including hand tools, powered hand tools, lawn mowers, and moving equipment.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work in varying weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain turf and landscaping to high aesthetic standards.
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding outdoor work.
- Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing a professional and welcoming environment.

Nice to have
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum one (1) year of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience
- golf course or greens maintenance experience preferred.
Compensation
- Pay Range: $21.53-$23.45
