About the role
- This individual will be responsible for manufacturing cost accounting, inventory and WIP reconciliations, cost analysis, month-end close activities, financial reporting, and partnership with plant leadership.
- The role will also provide oversight and mentorship to one accounting team member.
Requirements
- 3+ years of manufacturing or cost accounting experience
- Strong understanding of inventory accounting, COGS, and cost allocation methodologies
- Experience with standard costing, job costing, or process costing
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Infor
- Ability to explain cost variances and provide operational insights
Nice to have
- Experience partnering with manufacturing or plant operations teams preferred
Skills
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills

- $50k-$55k
