About the role
- We are hiring our first Business Development Representative - a foundational and high-visibility hire within the Growth organization.
- Identify and engage high-quality exploration companies, operators, and stakeholders
- Represent Terra AI at industry conferences, technical forums, and field-facing events
Responsibilities
- Build Terra AI's network and reputation across the global mineral exploration community
- Develop trusted relationships with geologists, technical leaders, executives, and investors
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of partnership opportunities

Compensation
- $80,000 - $110,000 base salary + performance bonus + equity
- In accordance with California law, the above range reflects the reasonably expected base salary for this role. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and market considerations.
