About the role
- Join our team of Customer Relationship Advocates (CRA).
- In this role, you are a licensed professional providing outstanding customer service while answering inbound phone calls and supporting Fidelity's valued clients.
- In the first months, you'll prepare to become a FINRA Registered Representative by studying for and obtaining your SIE®, Series 7, and 63 licenses, all fully sponsored by Fidelity.

- Ability to handle different types of situations, emotions and conversations driving towards suitable resolutions.

- Fidelity's Onsite Working Model
- Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles.
- Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less.
