- About the Service Advisor Role The Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact between clients and the mobile maintenance team.
- This role is responsible for assessing fleet vehicle service needs, analyzing work order specifications, evaluating labor and parts costs, and preparing accurate and competitive repair estimates.
- The Service Advisor coordinates with the dispatch team to ensure seamless service delivery and upholds a high standard of customer communication throughout the estimate and approval process.
- This position is based out of our corporate office in Sacramento, CA.
- Associate's degree preferred.
Compensation
- $80k-$100k
