About the role

  • Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys bringing people, processes, and projects together?
  • As a Service Project Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer projects move smoothly from planning through successful deployment by keeping communication flowing between our Sales, Service, and Customer teams.
  • In this customer-facing role, you'll coordinate project activities, organize documentation, monitor timelines, and help remove roadblocks before they become problems.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop project plans, schedules, and resource requirements.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure information remains organized and up to date.
  • Identify project risks or delays, engage the appropriate stakeholders, and help develop practical solutions.
  • Gather project updates from team members and maintain master project documentation and status reports.
  • Take ownership of customer projects while developing technical project coordination and leadership skills through mentorship.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Build trusted working relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Consistently maintain organized, accurate project documentation and schedules.

Requirements

  • Occasional travel may be required depending on customer deployment schedules.

Skills

  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Ability to communicate project progress clearly and professionally.
  • Strong attention to detail with a structured, process-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common business software.
  • Other Requirements
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Wilmington, NC.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to support customer deployments.
  • What Would Be Considered an Asset (Nice-to-Have Qualifications)
  • Experience coordinating multi-site deployments or field service projects.

Compensation

  • Our starting annual total compensation package-including base salary and performance incentives-ranges from $58,000 to $85,000 USD, depending on experience.
