They will also aid with work order support to ensure maintenance tickets are being closed in accordance with company guidelines.
Manage all building services and preventative maintenance programs consistent with industry best practice, Avanath's Standard Operating Procedures, and in compliance with the State/Federal Govt./OSHA's Codes/regulations.
Manage the Maintenance Technicians to ensure all service requests are completed within Avanath standards and are appropriately and accurately documented.
Manage facilities budgets, using appropriate business software.
Prepare written reports on inspections, advising other building users as appropriate.

Ability to supervise employed staff.
Demonstrated outstanding verbal, written, multi-tasking, and presentation skills.
Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated knowledge and skills in operating and maintaining year-round programs and facilities.
Willingness to offer quality internal and external customer service, to assist, and to enhance company guidelines and initiatives.
Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work to meet company goals and objectives.
Ability and willingness to travel to various locations within the US for purposes of associate training, property inspections, and property acquisitions/dispositions.
Familiarization with Microsoft systems and applications.
A minimum of (5) five years' experience in the property management, hospitality, or construction management fields with demonstrated work experience in the areas of maintenance operations.
Demonstrated experience in personnel management, proven leadership, and interpersonal skills.
