Responsibilities
- This role supports our brand, helps build our reputation, focuses our efforts on consistently achieving excellence, and enhances the service we bring to our residents, guests, associates, and our.
- They will also aid with work order support to ensure maintenance tickets are being closed in accordance with company guidelines.
- Manage all building services and preventative maintenance programs consistent with industry best practice, Avanath's Standard Operating Procedures, and in compliance with the State/Federal Govt./OSHA's Codes/regulations.
- Manage the Maintenance Technicians to ensure all service requests are completed within Avanath standards and are appropriately and accurately documented.
- Manage facilities budgets, using appropriate business software.
- Prepare written reports on inspections, advising other building users as appropriate.
Requirements
- Ability to supervise employed staff.
- Demonstrated outstanding verbal, written, multi-tasking, and presentation skills.
- Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills in operating and maintaining year-round programs and facilities.
- Willingness to offer quality internal and external customer service, to assist, and to enhance company guidelines and initiatives.
- Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work to meet company goals and objectives.
- Ability and willingness to travel to various locations within the US for purposes of associate training, property inspections, and property acquisitions/dispositions.
- Familiarization with Microsoft systems and applications.
- A minimum of (5) five years' experience in the property management, hospitality, or construction management fields with demonstrated work experience in the areas of maintenance operations.
- Demonstrated experience in personnel management, proven leadership, and interpersonal skills.
