Maintain product quality in accordance with specifications.
Maintain high productivity, without lowering quality standards.
Maintain a smooth flow of work within the department and into the departments to which the department supplies parts.
Maintain good housekeeping throughout the department.
Carries out special projects in the department. Such projects may result from employee suggestions; better method proposals by lead persons; suggestions from the Manager - Manufacturing Engineering and others.
Maintain such records as may be prescribed by their superintendent and others.
In addition to the above, Supervisors are to maintain an organized, clean and safe work area using safety standards and expectations while adhering to all quality practices.

Bachelor's degree is highly desirable.
Experience with managing 25+ employees.
Experience with and oriented toward metrics in business analysis.
Under general supervision, must be able to perform a variety of job duties including, but not limited to:

5-7 years' experience in manufacturing environment required, aerospace manufacturing preferred.
Experience with a high-volume manufacturing environment is preferred.
