Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and assistance to distributors in a defined geographic area for egg and poultry equipment they purchase from Chore-Time.
- Work with distributors to provide warranty support for CTB Products, strive to be fair but firm and maintain proper documentation.
- Support Sales/Engineering Staff by conducting new product introductions with schools, training on site and follow-up service.
