Responsibilities

As a shift lead, you will be responsible for leading the first shift operation of a world class plastic injection molding plant on its journey to becoming the benchmark for Whirlpool in automation.
In this challenging role, you will be called upon as both a technical leader to drive continuous improvements to safety, quality, delivery, and cost of the process as well as leading your team in meeting daily production objectives.
Your responsibilities will include Lead all team members on the shift in the attainment of production goals (SQDCE) Serve as the key communication link with the other shifts to facilitate a smooth transition of data and clear communication of problems/issues.
