Responsibilities
- LORO, Asian Smokehouse & Bar from Hai Hospitality, is looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our Houston Kirby team.

- We're looking for a General Manager who thrives in high-volume restaurants and has experience developing strong teams while delivering operational results.
Requirements
- Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and other employees
- Must have the ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Ability to work in a variety of temperatures, both hot and cold
- Ability to use kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, such as ovens, grills, and knives
- Ability to work in close proximity to coworkers in a crowded kitchen or serving area

Nice to have
- Previous experience as a Restaurant General Manager or Assistant General Manager
- At least 4 years of restaurant management experience
- Experience leading a fast-paced, hospitality-focused restaurant with strong operational standards
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L management, labor, food cost, and inventory controls
- Excellent food and beverage knowledge
- A genuine love for hospitality and creating unforgettable guest experiences

Compensation
- We're offering $80,000 - $85,000 annually, plus bonus opportunity.
