- The Manager, Project Management (Go-to-Market) is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and governance of go-to-market initiatives across the firm.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the go-to-market project roadmap, ensuring alignment with firm strategy and priorities.
- Drive execution of go-to-market initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder communications to maintain alignment.
- Support prioritization of initiatives based on business impact and resource availability.
- Ability to build and manage project roadmaps and timelines.
- Ability to drive accountability and influence without direct authority.
Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management or a related function, with experience supporting go-to-market or business operations initiatives.
Nice to have
- Experience in a professional services or law firm environment preferred.
