In this role, you will provide leadership, direction, and accountability to the Project Managers executing within your program, ensuring cohesive delivery.
You carry full accountability for the high-level client relationship, macro-financial performance, and overarching success of the program.

Role Overview We are seeking an enterprise-grade Program Manager to lead Teifi's most complex, multi-workstream Shopify Plus initiatives.

The Program Manager owns the macro-level health of the client engagement from inception through completion.
You will ensure strategic alignment across all workstreams, safeguard financial health across the entire account portfolio, and maintain an exceptional client experience at the executive level.
